Kurzfassung

Du bist ein SEO-Profi mit technischem Know-how, Erfahrung im E-Commerce und einem Gespür für Daten, Strukturen und Performance? Als (Senior) Technical SEO Manager entwickelst du nachhaltige Strategien zur Steigerung der organischen Sichtbarkeit. Mit deinem analytischen Denken, modernsten Tools und enger Zusammenarbeit mit Content-, Produkt- und IT-Teams treibst du die Performance unserer Plattform gezielt voran.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

Du entwickelst und implementierst fortgeschrittene SEO-Strategien zur Optimierung der organischen Performance auf unseren europäischen Webplattformen
Du führst technische SEO-Audits durch und optimierst On-Page-Faktoren wie interne Verlinkung, Crawl-Effizienz und Indexierungslogik
Du entwickelst AI-basierte Ansätze zur Content-Optimierung und zur Erkennung von Nachfragepotenzialen
Du analysierst relevante SEO-KPIs, leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab und reportest deine Ergebnisse regelmäßig
Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams aus Entwicklung, Content, Produktmanagement und Marketing zusammen, um SEO-Best-Practices umzusetzen
Du nutzt Tools wie Google Search Console, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, BigQuery, Python oder interne Lösungen zur kontinuierlichen Auditierung und Optimierung
Du stellst sicher, dass SEO-Anforderungen in Systemarchitekturen, CMS und bei Website-Relaunches berücksichtigt werden

Das bringst du mit

Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung (mindestens 4–6 Jahre) im technischen SEO, vorzugsweise im E-Commerce mit umfangreichem Produktportfolio
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Webtechnologien wie HTML, CSS und JavaScript sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis für Website-Architektur
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen SEO- und Analysetools wie Google Search Console, Sistrix und Screaming Frog
Erfahrung im Umgang mit BigQuery, Python, Cloudflare und Headless-Systemen
Kenntnisse im Einsatz moderner ML-Modelle (z. B. LLMs, Stable Diffusion) von Vorteil
Fähigkeit zur Steuerung komplexer SEO-Projekte in agilen Teams
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

You’re a technical SEO expert with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in e-commerce? As a (Senior) Technical SEO Manager, you'll develop smart strategies to boost our organic performance. With data-driven tactics, cutting-edge tools, and a solid understanding of web technologies, you’ll elevate our platform to the next level. You’ll work closely with development, content, and product teams to ensure sustainable SEO growth.

What you’ll do

Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic performance across our European web platforms
Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and optimize on-page factors like internal linking, crawl efficiency, and indexation logic
Implement AI-based approaches for content optimization and opportunity detection
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs to derive optimization measures
Collaborate closely with development, content, product management, and marketing teams to enforce SEO best practices
Use tools such as Google Search Console, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, BigQuery, Python, and in-house solutions for regular audits and continuous improvements
Ensure SEO requirements are integrated into system architecture, CMS, and new website developments

What you bring

4–6 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO, ideally in large-scale e-commerce environments
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and overall website architecture
Proficiency with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Sistrix, Screaming Frog
Practical experience with platforms like BigQuery, Python, Cloudflare, and headless CMS systems
Familiarity with ML tools and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, Stable Diffusion) is a plus
Strong ability to manage complex SEO projects across multiple teams in agile environments
Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as fluency in English and German
