Senior IT Business Consultant - Integration (m/f/d)

What you’ll do
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of integrations between various systems (like ERP, CRM, eCommerce Platform, BI, Logistic Tools as well as end customer and vendor applications), ensuring compliance and quality across international locations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, translating them into technical requirements for integration solutions
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on integration objectives
  • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for enhancing business processes through integration
  • Design and implement integration strategies that connect various applications, platforms, and data systems to ensure seamless workflows
  • Manage deployments, conduct customized end-user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead international projects to implement integrations between various IT systems. Define scope, objectives, and timelines, considering various stakeholder requirements and regional regulations
  • Lead internal IT project teams, coordinate with external partners, and foster a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT technology
  • Good understanding of IT business applications and their integration
  • Proven experience in leading international projects and managing stakeholders from diverse cultural and cross-functional backgrounds
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external partners in English. German language skills are considered a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems creatively
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Relevant certifications in project management
