What You’ll Do

As our Product Owner E-commerce your mission is to simplify the user experience and product discovery for our automotive car parts B2B web shops. By heart and soul, you are a product owner who listens to and understands customers to develop and optimize features that your customers love. We achieve that by analyzing data and conducting regular user research, ensuring that we focus on good solutions for real user issues.

  • As the product owner you are responsible for product discovery in our B2B shops - this includes the whole conversion funnel from search to checkout

  • You are the key contact for our international business stakeholders from different countries all over Europe when it comes to demands and requirements of feature development while acting as a gatekeeper and consultant to satisfy business needs

  • You manage a cross-functional development team consisting of UX/UI designers, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders such as key users

  • You establish and closely monitor a data-driven approach to feature development

  • You manage and run AB tests to leverage our business product KPI

  • You develop and manage the product backlog based on business specifications and optimal customer value. You create and detail epics and user stories that are the basis for the development and testing.

  • You are responsible for end2end conception and implementation of web products in an agile manner

  • You manage national and international stakeholders

  • Furthermore, you are responsible for the conception and coordination of backend systems that are involved to bring to life the user story

  • You ensure stable operations of your products and coordinate our service and support providers

What you bring
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience as a product owner of a web product with a very good understanding and proven track record of E-commerce applications

  • Knowledge of online industry trends and very interested in learning and becoming an expert in product management for search and product discovery  

  • Willing to travel once in a while to visit customers and our development team

  • Passion for digital products, services, and problem-solving 

  • Studied Information science or business sciences

  • High understanding of technology and data (Google Analytics)

  • Drive to provide our customers with optimal value

  • An entrepreneur who always focuses on their customer and balances its action between growth and efficiency

  • Highly structured way to manage work and deliver the promised quality on time

  • Empathy and excellent communication skills to provide information geared at the target group and to manage stakeholders

  • Assertive in managing a complex project and achieving challenging goals on time and within budget.

  • Spoken and written English
