Data Engineer (m,f,d)

Your mission
As a Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining our data systems, ensuring their efficiency and accessibility while maintaining quality standards.

  • You help to build and scale our data models in Snowflake using dbt
  • You connect various internal and external data sources and integrate them into our ELT process
  • You orchestrate our data pipelines and ensure that they run smoothly
  • Through tests (e.g. in dbt) you ensure that no errors occur and thus ensure high data quality
  • You ensure a high level of data availability for all stakeholders and make sure that the data is available both in the self-service tools and via APIs for internal services
  • In cooperation with the Product Owner and the Business Intelligence Manager, you maintain the data catalog to ensure transparency for all stakeholders
Your profile
  • You have two or more years of professional experience as a data engineer
  • You have advanced SQL knowledge and ideally knowledge of another programming language (e.g. Python, Javascript, etc.)
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience with the following technologies: Snowflake, dbt, MS Azure Cloud (Functions, Blob Storage, Purview)
  • You are interested in the latest developments around the "Modern Data Stack" and are constantly on the lookout for new tools to help you do your job even better
